Self-Service now supports Single Sign-On via your browser of choice. If you log in to an Office 365 product such as Office, you will automatically be logged in to Self-Service if you visit the site directly.
Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass/Microsoft credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- We've completed the first trial run for our Admissions department to streamline the process of sending out Academic and Housing scholarships to eligible students.
- We've been hard at work updating some of our templating software to allow for cleaner report and email production. While this won't have an immediate impact on our end-users it will help us produce better formatted and easier to read reports/downloads in the future.
- We're annoucing Single Sign-On support for Colleague. This means you can use one login for all of your Office 365 products, Self-Service and Colleague. As long as one of these sessions is valid, you can enter any application listed here, without having to log in again. If you log in to the outlook client in your browser in the morning, you won't have to log in again to Self-Service, or Colleague separately! Use the link here to try this out: Colleague UI
- We're putting the finishing touches on our student Financial Aid appeal process, reducing paper and increasing communication with students about their Financial Aid status.
- New report and functionality to HS Counselor Report.
- Additional reporting functionality for the Career Navigator System.
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- Student dashboard view to help find and access relevant information about your students more efficiently
- A text messaging dashboard for communicating with students via Twilio, integrated into Self-Service.
- Updates for our students enrolled in credential programs to assist with new federal guidelines.
- A badge based system for Non-Credit students to help track progress and show completion.
- We're hard at working helping prepare for new Financial Aid Updates
- A few quality of life updates for the Invoice Acknowledgmenet and Reimbursement Requests
- Updates to the Early-Bird invoicing process to help make it more efficient for schools.
- Updates to the adjunct stipend process to help improve its efficiency and reduce redundant paperwork
- Updates to our registration processes to assist students with instant registration and payment.
- Updates to our Account Creation and registration processes.
- We're working on reviewing existing pages and bringing their styling up to date with our current guidelines and processes.
- A process for students to confirm and acknowledge their enrollment.
- Updates for our TouchNet software to support the College collect payment.
