Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- We've isolated the cause of the Graduation Declaration not consistenly saving for students when an advisor or another individual has their record open in Colleague, and have issued a fix.
- We've enhanced the Invoice Acknowledgement form to allow for better filtering and organization of invoices by month.
- We've enhanced the Daily Digest emails to include additional routine email processes and procedures. We will continue to build this out and enhance so you have one email to refer to instead of receiving multiple throughout the day. As a part of this, Supervisors will receive daily reminders to approve and re-submit leaves to help make sure we continue to approve leaves before the end of the month.
- We've enhanced several reports for our High School Counselors.
- Supervisors are now able to request Colleague Access via the Personnel Action. Please do this when requesting Colleague Access for New Employees.
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- Vendor ACH forms
- Updates to our payment processing and functionality for students and the Business Office
- Updated videos for the Gradebook training modules.
- Student dashboard view to help find and access relevant information about your students more efficiently
- A text messaging dashboard for communicating with students via Twilio, integrated into Self-Service.

- A new process for students to appeal Financial Aid Decisions.
- Key request forms via Personnel Action and for regular requests
- Consolidation of emails into a single daily digest email ready for you when you get to work!
- An updated bill payment options for our students will improved payment plans
