Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- We've squashed a pesky bug that would sometimes occur when a sections schedule would change causing the schedule for that section to be out of sync with what was documented within Colleague.
- Instructors, you can now automatically update your discussion dates in Canvas and Participation category dates automatically. More infomration coming on this soon!
- We've identified and issued a correction for a possible scenario where a supervisor approval of a leave would fail, then if the employee submitted another identical request could cause a duplicate. this has been corrected. If you notice leaves not approving correctly, please contact Information Services before re-submitting.
- We've issued a correction for Professional Development reminder emails. They should now correctly identify your professional development cycle and also include the T4T sessions you've attended.
- Regularly scheduled Colleague system upgrades. These updates are typically performed on a quarterly basis and include updates from Ellucian to our base product.
- Released Improvements to the Graduation Declaration page for our students.
- Released Updates to Email students by course/program.
- Released handling of canceled sections in the Gradebook for attendance dates.
- Released Enhancements to the Org Charg page in Self-Service. You can now view the org chart by both position and by person.
- Released Updates to the Scholastic Dishonesty pages.
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- Connecting the Faculty Schedule pages with Leave Requests to improve faculty and staff workflow when planning for Leaves.
- Functionality to help with date setting and linking between Canvas and Gradebook.
- Filtering for the Personnel Action review pages
- Vendor ACH forms
- Updates to our payment processing and functionality for students and the Business Office
- Enhancements to Leave Requests to closer align with Time-Entry.
- Updates to Student Alerts. Release has been postponed pending some additional enhancements
- An update to the base Self-Service version. This should have little to no impact on end-users. Planned for summer 2023 implementation. Release estimated between Mid June and July 2023.
- Updates to our conduct tracking for students and staff members.
- A Colleague Access request form for new staff members, also to be used when requesting new access. More information on this coming later.
- Integration for employee exit forms and review in Personnel Actions. This has been partially released
