Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass/Microsoft credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- We've been hard at work preparing a new release of Self-Service. This is currently scheduled for release on the afternoon of Monday March 11, 2024. As a part of this release we are introducing Single Sign On (SSO) for Self-Service. This means, that if you are already signed into your browser with your Microsoft Account, you will not have to log in separately to visit Self-Service. Simply navigate to the home page and you will be authenticated via Microsoft. TritonPass connections to Self-Service will continue to function as normal.
- A grant request review form has been released, look for more information to come on this in the future
- XARI report available via Self-Service for quick review and summary of student accounts for authorized individuals. Adivsors can review in Self-Service under "My Advisees"
- Full migration of the Exit form to Personnel Actions
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- Vendor ACH forms
- Student dashboard view to help find and access relevant information about your students more efficiently
- A text messaging dashboard for communicating with students via Twilio, integrated into Self-Service.
- A student enrollment confirmation and acknowledgement form
- Release of the Colleague User Interface with Single Sign On capabilities, this will allow you to get right in and working with Colleague if you are already signed in with your Microsoft Account in your browser of choice, without having to sign in again!
- A process for students to confirm and acknowledge their enrollment
- A new process for students to appeal Financial Aid Decisions.
- A few quality of life updates for the Invoice Acknowledgmenet and Reimbursement Requests
- Updates to the Early-Bird invoicing process to help make it more efficient
- Updates to the adjunct stipend process to help improve its efficiency and reduce redundant paperwork
