Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- Announcing the Iowa Central Status Page. Please visit this page whenever you have questions about whether a current process or page is available. Statuses are updated automatically depending on the level of importance of a given process. We will also use this page to update you on any downtime you may be experiencing. Our team receives automatic notifications whenever downtime is detected. You can also view post-mortems for an outage.
- We've completed an upgrade of our Production database services. This has been in the works for quite a while and required some extended downtime recently. While inconvenient, this upgrade will help us continue to meet the College's growing needs.
- Employee Office Location & Assignment form in Self-Service. This is necessary for our faculty and staff to fill out so we may update relevant records for work with SMG and improve our record-keeping.
- Enhancements to Time Entry:
a. Any supervisor up the chain may view an employee underneath them and approve their time. This will allow us to better handle circumstances when the primary time supervisor is unavailable without having to contact payroll to change an approver.
b. Improved style for email notifications for time-entry.
c. Overall reduction of back-end overhead regarding the entry of time
- We've squashed a pesky bug that would cause the testing center page for Instructors to be unavailable in Self-Service if it was concurrently opened by an employee in the testing center. Moving forward you should be able to access both pages regardless of whether someone else is looking at the test or assignment.
- The Employee Exit form has been migrated to the Personnel Action. More updates coming to this page. For the moment you may continue accessing it via either mechanism.
- Various other improvements and adjustments.
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- An update to the base Self-Service version. This should have little to no impact on end-users. Planned for summer 2023 implementation.
- Visual and workflow improvements for Scholastic Dishonesty documentation for our Faculty and Staff.
- Adjustments to Professional Development Reminders.
- Connecting the Faculty Schedule pages with Leave Requests to improve faculty and staff workflow when planning for Leaves.
- Functionality to help with date setting and linking between Canvas and Gradebook.
- Regularly scheduled Colleague system upgrades. This should have little to no impact on end-users.
- Improvements to the Graduation Declaration page for our students. Release planned for May 2023.
- Updates to the Scholastic Dishonesty pages. Release planned May 2023.
- Updates to Student Alerts. Release planned May 2023.
- Updates to Email students by course/program. Release planned May 2023.
- Enhancements to the Org Charg page in Self-Service.
- Improved handling of canceled sections in the Gradebook.
