Bookmark the Self-Service home page in the browser of your choice or even your favorite pages. You can log in directly with your TritonPass credentials even after your session expires.
Update your contact information in Self-Service, verify your text messaging options to receive important alerts, and update your employee office assignment location.

- We've updated the Unofficial Transcript page in Self-Service to mirror what prints from the
XTRN
screen.
- Our student activity and attendance tracker has been updated to allow for tracking attendance over multiple dates/times. This will help us better identify what students are accessing resources and when!
- Updates for our HS coordinators to help with documentation and tracking students
- Any advisor can now view the unofficial transcript and other important student forms for any student via Self-Service.
- The Student Summary page in Gradebook has been updated to take you to the Alerts page directly
- Name Change Request Forms via Self-Service - more information to come on this
- A new process to reserve and schedule rooms has been released - more information to come on this
- Faculty Leaves have an override button to adjust work hours for Work Days
- A new Employee Forms option exists under the Employee Resources tab. This page will give you quick access to many of the employee forms we regularly use.
- A new Name Change request form has been created and released, view it in the Employee Forms menu mentioned above
- A new student tracking system we're calling 'Sidekick' has been created and released.
- The Employee Reimbursement Request has been updated to include destination address.
- Notifications for employee address changes and ability to update via Self-Service.
- Vendor ACH forms
- Updated videos for the Gradebook training modules.
- Student dashboard view to help find and access relevant information about your students more efficiently
- A text messaging dashboard for communicating with students via Twilio, integrated into Self-Service.
- Updates to the scheduling events and rooms via Self-Service.
- Filtering for the Personnel Action review pages.
- A new process for students to appeal Financial Aid Decisions.
- Updated documentation and tracking for Housing Students and conduct related incidents (aka the Strike Sheet).
- Updates to our payment processing and functionality for students and the Business Office
